Yogacrm – Zoom Integration Documentation

Overview

The Yogacrm Zoom Integration allows businesses to automatically generate and manage Zoom meeting links for virtual events, private classes, and online training sessions. Once connected, Yogacrm creates Zoom meetings automatically and securely distributes the join links to registered Students.

Adding the App

1. Login to Yogacrm Admin Panel
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Zoom
3. Click Connect Zoom
4. You will be redirected to Zoom OAuth authorization page
5. Login to your Zoom account and approve permissions
6. Yogacrm securely stores encrypted access tokens and establishes connection

Using the Integration

Create Virtual Event

Admins can create virtual events that automatically generate Zoom meetings.

• Events → Add Event
• Select Session Mode = Virtual
• Meeting link is auto-generated

Regenerate Zoom Link

Admins can regenerate meeting links if a link is compromised or date/time changes.

Student Booking

When Students book events, Yogacrm automatically sends Zoom join links via email.

Send Reminder Emails

Admins may send reminder emails before sessions.

Data We Store

Security

• OAuth 2.0 secure authentication
• All data encrypted at rest and in transit
• TLS 1.2+ secure connections
• No data shared with third parties
• Zoom webhooks validated with signature verification

Removing the App

1. Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect
2. All stored tokens are deleted
3. Meeting links are invalidated
